English for Filmmakers is a course aimed for confident pitching and project promotion. Designed for individuals with an intermediate level of English and who are comfortable engaging in conversation, the three weeks program helps build film vocabulary and gained the participants the confidence to promote their projects effectively with the language skills needed to thrive in the global film industry. Through practical instruction and hands-on exercises, participant were able to master key filmmaking terminology, covering everything from development to screening.
The course was led by Angela Feeney, a highly experienced film editor from Dublin, Ireland. A graduate of the NFTS Film School in the UK, Angela has worked extensively in both fiction and documentary filmmaking, bringing her practical knowledge and insights to this dynamic course.
